Absolutely! We source our Vinyl & CD records and accessories from reputable suppliers and guarantee their authenticity. Shop with confidence knowing you're getting genuine products at Zone Tempo.
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders totaling 450 MAD or more. For orders below 450 MAD, there is a shipping fee of 37 MAD. This allows us to provide efficient and reliable delivery services for all our customers.
Shipping times vary depending on the type of product you order:
Products Available in Inventory: We ship these products on the next working day following your order. Delivery typically takes 24-48 hours, although it may take a bit longer for some small cities in the country.
Pre-Order Products: These products are imported from abroad and require 4-6 weeks for delivery. Please keep this timeframe in mind when ordering pre-order items.
We currently accept two payment methods:
- Cash on delivery: Pay for your order with cash when it's delivered to your doorstep. This option provides convenience and flexibility for our customers.
- Bank deposits/transfers: You can also choose to pay via bank deposit or transfer. Our bank details will be provided during the checkout process, allowing you to complete the payment securely.
