Zone Tempo is based in Morocco, operating exclusively as an online store. While we don't have a physical storefront at the moment, we serve our customers nationwide through our Instagram account and website.

Are your products authentic ?

Absolutely! We source our Vinyl & CD records and accessories from reputable suppliers and guarantee their authenticity. Shop with confidence knowing you're getting genuine products at Zone Tempo.

Why do I need to pay 20% upfront?

Your deposit secures exclusive access to limited releases and ensures we can import exactly what you want. It's like reserving concert tickets—small payment, guaranteed experience. Plus, you're fully protected with our refund guarantee.

Do you offer Free Shipping ?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders totaling 450 MAD or more. For orders below 450 MAD, there is a shipping fee of 37 MAD. This allows us to provide efficient and reliable delivery services for all our customers.

How long does shipping take ?

Shipping times vary depending on the type of product you order:

  1. Products Available in Inventory: We ship these products on the next working day following your order. Delivery typically takes 24-48 hours, although it may take a bit longer for some small cities in the country.

  2. Pre-Order Products: These products are imported from abroad and require 4 weeks for delivery. Please keep this timeframe in mind when ordering pre-order items.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept two payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery: Pay for your order with cash when it's delivered to your doorstep. This option provides convenience and flexibility for our customers.
  • Bank deposits/transfers: You can also choose to pay via bank deposit or transfer. Our bank details will be provided during the checkout process, allowing you to complete the payment securely.

Please note that these are the only payment methods available at Zone Tempo.

What if my order gets lost or damaged?

We're fully insured and offer complete protection. Lost package = full refund or replacement. Damaged vinyl = immediate replacement at no cost. Your music investment is safe with us.
